Privacy Policy
1. General
BlueHOTSPOTS LLC respects your personal information and takes your privacy seriously. Your right to privacy and the security of your data is of paramount concern to us. When you register for a subscription with mALERTu, we will request and collect certain personal information. The information collected will be used, in part, to create a BlueHOTSPOTS LLC billing account. This policy does not apply to the practices and policies of companies that BlueHOTSPOTS LLC does not own or control or to people that BlueHOTSPOTS LLC does not employ or manage. Other companies should have their own policies and procedures governing the privacy of their customers.

BlueHOTSPOTS LLC reserves the right to send you certain communications relating to mALERTu , such as service announcements, administrative messages that are considered part of your mALERTu account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them. You may terminate your account with mALERTu at any time.

BlueHOTSPOTS LLC is committed to protecting the security of your personal information.
